BEHIND THE LENS

Winterbird is a photography student named Sophie, previously she has studied at college on a National Art & Design Diploma, which included photography.

Sophie has been capturing images and special moments since late 2006, and has received requests from art galleries to exhibit her work, as well as entering fine art photography competitions.

Having always had opportunities to model, and a strong interest in photography from a very early age, this year Sophie felt the next move naturally would be to start looking into a more professional path for her work.

Sophie enjoys creating bright, colourful, and whimsical images aswell as ethereal and atmospheric ones.
